Return Terms & Procedures:
 
BRL, LLC will accept the return by the original purchaser of any opened product sold by our company that is postmarked for return to our company within 90 days of the original purchase.
 
Please include in the return package the remaining portion of the product plus a photo copy of your original purchase and/or delivery receipt.
 
If you do not have the original receipt, please call our offices at 1-800.780.4331 or send us an e-mail at customerservice@epoboost.com with your purchase details and we will look up the purchase data in our records.
 
Upon receipt of the product and verification of your purchase, BRL,LLC will immediately refund your original purchase price less the shipping and handling by the same method you used for your original payment (credit card, check, etc).
 
Please send all returns to the address below. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and order confirmation/packing list. After receipt of product, return payment will occur in 4-6 weeks.
