Team Proposal  

HOW TO APPLY:

Biomedical Research Laboratories(BRL) receives an overwhelming number of sponsorship requests each year. Please use the email link below to ensure your proposal contains all the information needed for consideration. Other forms will not be accepted.

Please attach a formal proposal using a Word or PDF document. You proposal should contain, but is not limited to the items below:

• Provide a current race resume
• What sport(s) does your team compete in?
• Are you competitive locally, regionally or nationally?
• Do you have a current or past professional, National or World Champion?
• What do you want from BRL(be specific)?
• What will you provide in return (logo on jersey, endorsements, etc…) ?
• Other important information
